Abstract

The paradigm shift regarding the basic capital of an organization in the current decade has experienced a significant leap. Human capital has a central position in improving company performance. Because human resources are capital that can continue to develop over time and the dynamics of business areas as well as advances in science. This article provides a literature review that focuses on "The application of human capital management in improving the quality of human resources on company performance", namely the relationship between human capital and company performance. The application of a review of existing literature makes it possible to reveal two main problems, namely 1). Analyzing the relationship between human capital and company performance 2). Human capital management. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods and secondary data collection techniques in the form of data obtained from scientific articles, online media and other credible sources that are appropriate to the research topic being conducted.
