Peran Human Capital Management di Dalam Lingkungan Perusahaan

The aim of writing this scientific work is to determine the role of Human Capital Management or what is also called Human Resources Management (HRDM) in a company or organization. The method for writing this scientific paper uses the literature review method (library research). This aims to present existing theories with previous theories in the research literature. The literature used is literature from research results or reviews recorded in scientific articles of national reputation. With that, the scientific articles that have been cited are sourced from Mendeley and Google Scholar. From the discussion it can be concluded that Human Capital Management has a very important role in the company environment which includes: planning, organizing, directing, controlling, procurement, development, compensation, integration, maintenance, discipline and dismissal. Human Capital Management is also positioned as assets or part of the assets in the company.References
