Abstract

In the era of globalization, Human Capital Management (HCM) is one of the key factors in increasing organizational competitiveness. HCM focuses on the management and development of human assets as strategic resources that contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. Globalization brings new challenges and opportunities, such as rapid changes in technology, competitive market dynamics, and cultural diversity in the workplace. In this context, an effective HCM strategy includes recruiting global talent, continuous training and development, and creating an inclusive work environment. By optimally utilizing employee potential, organizations can increase innovation, productivity and customer satisfaction. This research aims to explore adaptive HCM practices in the era of globalization and their impact on organizational performance. The results show that organizations that implement HCM strategically are able to adapt quickly to changes in the business environment and maintain competitive advantage
