The population and this study are non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017 – 2021. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method. The company objects used in this study are 591 non-financial companies. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) is the data analysis method using Statistical Program for Social Science or SPSS version 20 tools. The results showed that the earnings management variable had a significant positive effect on firm value. Tax planning has a significant positive effect on firm value. institutional ownership cannot weaken the negative effect of earnings management on firm value. Meanwhile, institutional ownership can strengthen the positive influence of tax planning on firm value. Sayap Emas Gemilang https://ejurnal.uniyos.ac.id/index.php/ysej-server/article/view/320 <p><em>This research aims to examine the impact of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on the Turnover Intention of production employees at PT. Sayap Emas Gemilang. The method used in this study is explanatory, with data collection conducted directly in the field. The population and sample involve all employees at PT. Sayap Emas Gemilang, totaling 43 individuals. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing, and the Coefficient of Determination. The findings indicate a significant negative effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention at PT. Sayap Emas Gemilang; meaning, the lower the job satisfaction, the higher the Turnover Intention. The population in this study were consumers of the Honda Dwitara Surabaya Dealer who use or have used Honda Vario motorbikes. The sampling technique uses the Probability Sampling method, namely a sampling technique that provides an equal opportunity for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a sample, the sample size is 50 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya is one of the big restaurants in Surabaya. It is located on The Road Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno Kel. Kedung Baruk Kec. Rungkut Surabaya. Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya has many visitors in addition to having a large building area, this restaurant also has complete facilities. Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya is surrounded by other magnificent buildings such as fast food restaurants, star hotels, companies, large malls, apartments and elite housing. The location affects consumers who come to Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya. Consumers are dominated by the upper middle class with a sufficient economy.&nbsp; This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of service positively on customer loyalty at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; to positively analyze the effect of quality of service on customer satisfaction at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; to positively analyze the effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; and to analyze the effect of quality of service positively on loyalty through customer satisfaction at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya.</em></p> <p><em>The type of research used in this research uses quantitative methods and Path Analysis Techniques. The sample population is 105 customers at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya. Therefore, teamwork and communication are needed for each individual employee to achieve the vision and mission.</em></p> <p><em>This research aims to determine the analysis of teamwork and communication on employee performance at PT. Pelindo Marine Services. Using the Slovin formula by taking the entire population as a sample for the possibility of small errors. The sample taken was 30 respondents, namely employees of PT. Pelindo Marine Services. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, t test and f test, as well as the coefficient of determination test (R^2).</em></p> <p><em>The results of this research state that: 1) Teamwork has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, which means that if teamwork increases then employee performance will also increase, 2) Communication has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, which means that if teamwork increases then performance employees also increased. 3) Teamwork and communication have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, which means that if teamwork and employee communication increase, employee performance will also increase. Consumer behavior also changes with developments and changing times. Examining the factors that influence the consumer decision-making process before purchasing a product is the most widely researched consumer behavior. Around 60 studies related to consumer decision making can be found between 1998 and 2009 </em><em>(Djatmiko, T., &amp; Pradana 2016)</em><em>. Product quality, price perception, and product promotion are positively correlated with each other with the consumer's decision to purchase the item, according to several previous quantitative studies in Indonesia on this decision making. As a research subject for the Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) furniture company CV XY Nganjuk. The data used is production raw material inventory series data from March 2023-March 2024. The objectives of this paper are: (1) Find out what number of orders for raw materials (teak wood) is the most economical for CV safe amount of inventory for CV XY Nganjuk. (3) What is the total inventory cost (Total Inventory Cost-TIC) for the CV XY Nganjuk company. The research method is descriptive with Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) calculations. This research produces an EOQ value of 4.85 cubic meters per order. The maximum inventory level or safety stock value is based on a maximum average value of 2.42 (cubic). The Reorder Point value is 4.5 cubic meters. Meanwhile, the total cost value generated is Rp130,104,000 every 12 months.</em></p> <p><em>Findings: in this study the economic order quantity was greater than the calculated value of the order quantity according to the company's calculations. The amount of safety stock is greater than the safety stock calculated by the company's ordering costs.
