Risk management in global supply chain implementation is very relevant in today's complex business environment. This study reviews strategic approaches to identifying, evaluating, and managing risks in global supply chains. Through a qualitative approach, this study considers risk management concepts, global supply chain strategies, as well as approaches that have been used in related literature. The objectives of this study include risk identification, evaluation methods, geopolitical risk management, operational efficiency, and the role of information technology. The results show that strategic approaches such as supply chain mapping, SWOT analysis and collaboration with suppliers can help identify and manage risks more effectively. Evaluation methods such as probability-impact analysis, HAZOP analysis, and failure tree analysis are used to evaluate risks in global supply chains. Managing risks related to geopolitical uncertainty and regulatory changes involves monitoring the external environment, diversifying supply sources, and collaborating with stakeholders. Implementing a strategic approach has a significant impact on the operational efficiency and sustainability of global supply chains by reducing uncertainty and increasing readiness to face risks. Information and communication technology plays an important role to support the implementation of this strategic approach by facilitating data collection and analysis and increasing the involvement of all stakeholders.

Effective time management in the industrial workplace is key to reducing the high levels of stress that workers often face. In a competitive and dynamic industrial environment, good time management can help individuals organize their tasks and responsibilities more efficiently, thereby reducing stress and improving mental and physical well-being. Various time management techniques have been developed and implemented by individuals in the industry to overcome these challenges. This includes prioritizing tasks, using effective time planning, task delegation, setting deadlines, and utilizing technology. However, the effectiveness of these techniques may vary depending on individual preferences, work culture, and the physical environment of the workplace. Additionally, it is important to understand differences in the application of time management techniques between industries, taking into account different job demands, work cultures, and company policies. Implementing appropriate time management techniques can help individuals reduce stress levels and increase productivity, while paying attention to these factors also helps organizations create a more sustainable and competitive work environment.

The Effect of Knowledge Management, Skills, Ability and Motivation on the Performance of Production Employees at Cv. Nusantara Beton Berkat Bersama Surabaya. Improving employee performance is the most important in every company, where human resources are the main component in carrying out all company production activities. This research was conducted at CV Nusantara Beton Berkat Bersama Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Knowledge Management, Skills, Ability and Motivation on the Performance of Production Section Employees at CV. Nusantara Beton Berkat Bersama Surabaya both partially and simultaneously. population and samples in this study were all employees of the production section of CV. Nusantara Beton Berkat Bersama Surabaya which amounted to 55 employees. The terms of data analysis in this study are quantitative using the census method using the SPSS V.2 program. The results show that the variables of Knowledge Management, Skills, Ability and Motivation partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees in the production section of CV. Nusantara Beton Berkat Bersama Surabaya. The coefficient of determination is 0.630 or 63%, this indicates that the variables of Knowledge Management, Skills, Ability and Motivation as a whole have an influence of 63% on employee performance while the remaining 37% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of the family planning program in reducing the rate of population growth in Morotai Island Regency (case study of South Morotai District), to determine the implementation of the family planning program in reducing the rate of population growth in Morotai Island Regency (case study of South Morotai District).

This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The descriptive method is research that aims to provide an overview of a particular society or group regarding a symptom or phenomenon. The results of this research are that the family planning program in South Morotai District is quite effective in suppressing the rate of population growth, this can be seen from several indicators used to measure the effectiveness of the family planning program, namely from program targets, outreach from technical services, to analysis of the achievements of the family planning program. , Indicators in measuring the effectiveness of the policy are reflected in the program targets, in this case, couples of childbearing age (PUS), where the percentage of women's awareness is increasing, but the socialization of the program is carried out in order to provide understanding to the public about the purpose and importance of implementation. The family planning program is less effective. Judging from the objectives of implementing the family planning program, it shows that there is a decrease in fertility levels in South Morotai District. This can be seen from the last 5 (five) years of a decline in population figures in South Morotai District.

This study aims to determine the Role of the Lembang Bau Community in Increasing White Water Rafting Tourism Destinations in Tana Toraja. The methods used in this study are literature studies, questionnaires, and interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the Lembang Bau Community has a Role in Increasing White Water Rafting Tourism Destinations in Tana Toraja Regency which is assessed well and has met several indicators, attitudes towards tourists, environmental awareness, appreciation for cultural heritage, Participation in tourism development, education and knowledge about tourism, readiness to face change.

Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas dan Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepatu Merek Eiger di Makassar

This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of the marketing mix consisting of product, quality and brand on purchasing decisions for Eiger shoe products in Makassar. This research uses primary data, and is obtained directly from questionnaires filled out by respondents. The population in this research is various groups of nature lovers in Makassar. The sample in this study amounted to 61 respondents who were determined using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method.

Based on the results of the analysis using PLS30, it is concluded that the influence of quality is significant with a value of 17.7%, the influence of brand is significant with a value of 73.7% on purchasing decisions, then the influence of quality and brand using PLS30 is concluded to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions of 81.2%.

This research analyzes stock market risk based on Value at Risk (VaR) for telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The study focuses on PT Telkom Tbk (TLKM), PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT), PT Smartfren Tbk (FREN), and PT EXCL Tbk (AXIATA). The data used consists of daily stock prices from 2021 to 2023. Risk measurement is conducted using the Variance-Covariance method, a parametric approach to calculating VaR. The study also employs the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to statistically determine if the data is normally distributed. Among the 36 months of return data, ISAT's mean return is higher than the other three stocks, indicating a greater expected investment return. In terms of risk, the standard deviation is lowest for TLKM's stock, suggesting that TLKM's return volatility is lower compared to the other three stocks.

This study explains that the main objective of the study is to understand the effect of providing incentives in improving the performance of employees of PT Win Wahana Cipta Marga in Makassar. that incentives can be an effective tool to increase employee motivation and work performance in the company This research uses quantitative methods with primary data sources and data collection through questionnaires. The analysis technique in this study uses the correlation coefficient test, spearman coefficient, validity test, determinant coefficient and T test. The results of the analysis show that providing incentives has a significant effect on employee performance, which means 0.001> 0.05 then Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected.

The number of cooperatives in Indonesia is one of the largest in the world, but its contribution is still lacking for the community. The financial performance of cooperatives is one of the things that needs to be highlighted, because by knowing the financial performance of a cooperative, it can be seen how good performance is for the progress of the cooperative which will also have an impact on society. This research was conducted to determine the financial performance of the PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Jombang for the period 2019-2023. Tools used in analyzing this financial performance using ratio analysis, namely analysis of liquidity ratios, analysis of solvency ratios, and analysis of profitability ratios. The data used are the financial statements of the PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Jombang for the period 2021-2022. To determine the level of liquidity using the calculation of Current Ratio and Cash Ratio. To determine the level of solvency using the calculation of the Debt To Total Assets Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio. To determine the level of profitability using the calculation of Return On Investment and Return On Equity. The object of this research is the PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Jombang. The analytical method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio is in a healthy condition, meaning that the current assets of the cooperative can guarantee its short-term liabilities (liquid), the Cash Ratio is in an unhealthy state, which means that cash and cooperative banks cannot guarantee their short-term liabilities (ilikuid), Debt To The Total Assets Ratio is in an unhealthy state, meaning that the total assets of the cooperative have not been able to guarantee the total debt of the cooperative (insolvable), the Debt To Equity Ratio is in an unhealthy state, meaning that the total capital of the cooperative has not been able to guarantee the total debt of the cooperative (insolvable), Return on Investment Being in an unhealthy condition means that the cooperative has not been able to use assets productively to produce maximum residual results, and Return On Equity is in a healthy condition, which means that the capital owned by the cooperative can produce maximum residual results of operations.

This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of non-cash transactions, supporting and inhibiting factors as well as solutions taken in the process of implementing non-cash transactions on regional tax revenues and retributions at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kab. Sidenreng Rappang. This research is research that uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation are validated using source triangulation and technical triangulation and then analyzed through data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. The research results show that the implementation of non-cash transactions has increased from 49.15% in 2022 to 86.89% in 2023 of total revenues each year. The supporting factors are regulations and support from the Central Government, South Sulawesi Provincial Government, Bank Indonesia and Bank Sulselbar. The challenges faced include several remote areas where the internet network has not been reached and there are still a group of people whose literacy level is still low, so the solution that can be taken is to coordinate with related agencies to expand the reach of the internet network and increase socialization for people in areas where cash transactions are high.
