In every company or organization, human resources are an important part that needs attention. Human resources, namely workers or employees, play a very important role in improving the performance or progress of a company. Human Resources (HR) strategy in a company is an important aspect in creating competitive advantage and supporting the achievement of organizational goals. This strategy involves planning, managing, and developing the workforce to ensure that the company has qualified, skilled, and motivated HR. Effective HR management covers various areas, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and compensation and rewards. In addition, HR strategies must also be able to adapt to changes in the business and technological environment, as well as support diversity and inclusion in the workplace. By implementing the right HR strategy, companies can increase productivity, innovation, and employee satisfaction, which in turn will increase the company's competitiveness in the global market. Therefore, developing an effective HR strategy is a key element in supporting the long-term success of an organization.References
