Abstract

In the era of globalization today triggered the emergence of competition in various fields. With these competition, every company tries and is required to obtain appropriate and competent human resources to encourage business success so that they can compete with other companies. This research shows that good HR management practices contribute to increasing employee productivity and job satisfaction, which in turn encourages innovation. In addition, innovative training and development of employees are key to improving the performance and competitiveness of companies. With a focus on developing human capital, companies can create new products and services that are relevant to market needs. Therefore, integrated HR management strategies are very important to realize sustainable innovation in the company.
