Pengaruh Perbedaan Budaya dan Kondisi Ekonomi Terhadap Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Perusahaan Multinasional

This study aims to explore the influence of cultural differences and economic conditions on human resource management in multinational companies. In an increasingly complex era of globalization, multinational companies face significant challenges related to cultural differences and varying economic conditions in the countries where they operate. The analysis results indicate that cultural differences can influence human resource management policies, impacting employee performance and productivity. Additionally, economic conditions including income levels, inflation, and purchasing power also play a crucial role in managerial decision-making regarding human resource management. A library research method was employed to gather and analyze various relevant information sources, providing new insights into the importance of integrating local culture and economic conditions in human resource management practices. This study recommends that multinational companies focus more on adjusting compensation policies and developing effective organizational culture to achieve optimal performance. Therefore, this research is expected to contribute to a better understanding of human resource management practices at the global level.References
