Kepemimpinan Global dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Manajemen Kinerja Dalam Organisasi Internasional

This study aims to explore the influence of global leadership on performance management in international organizations facing complex challenges in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach through literature review methodology, this research analyzes various academic sources from journals, research reports, and relevant reference books. The findings show that only a small portion of international organizations are able to develop effective global leadership practices, while the majority still struggle with limitations in adapting to changes and environmental complexities. This study identifies that the integration of digital technology and cultural intelligence in global leadership has a positive impact on performance management, with the ability to adapt and manage multicultural teams being key factors in improving productivity and innovation. Additionally, responsive, data-driven performance management systems have proven to be more effective in enhancing the effectiveness of international organizations. This research is expected to provide both practical and theoretical contributions to the development of inclusive, adaptive global leadership models that can effectively manage global complexities.References
