Abstract

This research analyzes the role of commitment in increasing employee motivation at PT Gramedia Asri Media, Gajah Mada Medan. Qualitative methods were used with in-depth interviews with one of the employees and secondary data from the web and scientific journals. Results show that employee commitment has a significant effect on work motivation, with factors such as work environment, management support, and career development opportunities as the main contributors. The findings provide insights for companies in designing strategies to increase employee commitment and motivation.
