Abstrak

Planning for the construction of the East Lantek Embung Bangkalan Regency for 150 days and costs Rp. 2,221,290,000.00. The purpose of this research is to find an analysis of the maximum time for completion of the embung project. In conducting a comparative analysis of time acceleration using rescheduling with the Network Planning and Time Schedule methods and determining the priority scale of implementation activities and an inventory of activities, then an analysis of determining the critical path is carried out so that the completion of the implementation can be achieved optimally. Furthermore, the analysis of the determination of the number of workers in each work activity and the completion time was carried out using the BOW method reference. After a thorough analysis, it was found that the acceleration of the completion of the East Lantek project for 123 days with an acceleration of 27 days from the original time of 150 days with the initial cost of Rp. 2,221,290,000.00 and after the acceleration is done, the fee is Rp. 2,117,970,000.00.
